The invention provides environment-friendly light full-decoration floor heating mortar which is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 30 parts of cement, 20 to 35 parts of river sand, 0.002 to 0.006 part of sodium polyacrylate and 0.1 to 0.5 part of a composite phase change material, wherein the cement is 42.5 R ordinary Portland cement; the fineness modulus of the river sand is 2.8, and the apparent density of the river sand is 2610kg/m<3>. The composite phase change material takes paraffin as a phase change material, the surface of the composite phase change material is coated with a net-shaped structure formed by nano cellulose crystals and nano silicon oxide hydrogel, and then the composite phase-change material is attached to an organic intercalation composite material. The prepared composite phase change material is high in heat conductivity coefficient, the phase change heat storage performance of the material can be effectivelyimproved when the composite phase change material is added into cement mortar, and the mechanical property is good.
本发明提供一种环保轻质全装修地暖砂浆,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下组分:水泥10‑30份,河砂20‑35份,聚丙烯酸钠0.002‑0.006份,复合相变材料0.1‑0.5份;所述水泥为42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥;所述河砂的细度模数为2.8,表观密度为2610kg/m3。所述复合相变材料是以石蜡为相变材料,其表面包覆纳米纤维素晶体与纳米氧化硅水凝胶形成的网状结构,然后将其附着于有机插层复合材料中。本发明制得的复合相变材料导热系数高,加入到水泥砂浆中可有效改善材料的相变蓄热性能,且力学性能佳。
