Multifunctional foamed concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses multifunctional foamed concrete. The concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of cement, 20-30 parts of silica fume, 20-30 parts of fly ash, 10-20 parts of superfine slag powder, 20-30 parts of antirust steel fibers, 15-20 parts of water, 4-6 parts of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 140-150 parts of desert sand, 38-40 parts of steelfibers and 5-15 parts of a foaming agent. The desert sand is used for partially or completely replacing river sand, so that the mechanical property of the concrete can be improved, the contradictionbetween supply and demand of building sand is effectively relieved, abundant resources of the desert sand in the northwest region are fully utilized, and the principles of adapting to local conditions, using local materials and reasonably developing and utilizing natural resources are followed; the foamed concrete has the advantages of good sound insulation and heat insulation effects, uniform texture and difficulty in cracking; and the steel fibers are used, so that the concrete has very high compressive strength, the bending strength is improved, the building performance requirement is met,and the concrete can be widely popularized and used.
