The present invention provides thermoplastic road marking paint. The thermoplastic road marking paint comprises, based on the total weight of 100wt.%, 10-30wt.% of thermoplastic resin having a softening point of 110-125 DEG C, 1-20wt.% of an antibacterial nanometer assistant selected from nanometer silver, nanometer titanium dioxide or a mixture thereof, and 50-70wt.% of a filler selected from oneor more of glass beads, inorganic salt and quartz sand. By adding the antibacterial assistant, the mildew resistance of the paint is improved, and the antibacterial problem of the paint is solved; after a reflective element is added, a formula of the paint is adjusted, tackifying resin is added, so that the adhesive force of the glass beads is improved, the paint can keep relatively good reflection capacity at night and in rainy days; and meanwhile, the antibacterial property of the paint is not influenced.
本发明提供了一种热塑性道路标线涂料,以所述热塑性道路标线涂料的总重量按100wt.%计,包括:10~30wt.%的热塑树脂,所述热塑树脂的软化点为110~125℃;1~20wt.%的抗菌纳米助剂,所述抗菌纳米助剂选自纳米银、纳米二氧化钛或其混合物;50~70wt.%的填料,所述填料选自玻璃微珠、无机盐、石英砂的一种或多种。通过加入抗菌助剂不仅提高了涂料的防霉性能,解决了涂料抗菌问题,而且加入反光元素后,通过调配涂料的配方,加入增粘树脂,提高了玻璃微珠的附着力,使涂料在夜间和雨天保持较好的反射能力,与此同时,涂料的抗菌性能不受影响。
