Two rotating boxes are fixedly connected to the top of the lifting box in bilateral symmetry. A rotating cavity is arranged in each rotating box. A limiting electromagnet is fixedly connected in each rotating cavity. A moving sliding block is in sliding connection in each telescopic spring. The right side of each moving sliding block is fixedly connected with the corresponding telescopic spring, and the left side of each moving sliding block is fixedly connected with a rotating limiting block.
