The invention discloses a solar-powered road level crossing warning device, and specifically relates to the field of road traffic control. A main board is controlled to adjust the lighting time of three lighting bulbs by correspondingly arranging storage through cavities and light-transmitting plates at a plurality of outer cover plates at the same position, since the storage cavities are distributed in a cross shape, the lighting bulb installed a single storage through cavity lights up, and the three storagethrough cavities are independent, and light interference is not caused by lighting up of a single light bulb. In this way, warning lights of yellow or other colors are repeatedly emitted, a continuousand effective way of road traffic command is implemented, and indicator signals are clear, and there is a yellow light prompt before each light change, the driving possibility is clarified, so that the smooth traffic is ensured.
