The isolating, light-blocking, light-pervious and ventilating hollow plate adopts AB design principles and CDEFG schemes, which are comprehensively utilized by adding modifying additives such as a light diffusion agent, anti-ultraviolet absorber and an antistatic agent, so that the final purposeof the invention is achieved.
