The multifunctional sanitation hand-push sweeper can achieve the effects of sweeping garbage and transporting the garbage at the same time; sanitation workers can pour garbage in the garbage can hopper into the sweeper hopper without leaving the position of the handle; and garbage in the sweeper hopper can be conveniently poured into a garbage can on the roadside through rotating wheels.
