Cementing blasting rockfill dam and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a cementing blasting rockfill dam and a construction method thereof. The cementing blasting rockfill dam comprises a dam body and an anti-seepage body, wherein the dam body adopts directional blasting for one or more times, a rockfill material at the part of a dam abutment stockyard is directly thrown to a damsite according to a preset direction and distance, and self-flowgrouting is adopted to perform structural cementing reinforcement on the dam body; and the anti-seepage body is arranged on the upstream face of the dam body, and the anti-seepage body is formed by pouring rockfill concrete at the upstream face. The cementing blasting rockfill dam is formed by fully utilizing explosive directional blasting and throwing and piling rock of shattering the dam abutment to the position of the dam body in a predetermined direction, and the workload of excavation, transportation, filling and the like can be greatly reduced; by adopting a self-flow control grouting and structured cementing technology, a cementing material can be reduced to the greatest extent, and the strength of the rockfill material can be remarkably improved by using a small quantity of cementing material, so that the material consumption of the rockfill damming material can be reduced; and the porosity of the rockfill material of the dam body can also be reduced, non-uniformity settlementof the dam body can be reduced, and cracking of the anti-seepage body can be effectively inhibited.
本发明公开了一种胶结爆破堆石坝及其施工方法,胶结爆破堆石坝,包括:坝身,采用一次或多次定向爆破,通过将坝肩料场部位的堆石料按预定方向和距离直接抛落至坝址处,采用自流灌浆对坝身进行结构化胶结加固;防渗体,设于坝身的上游面,防渗体通过在上游面浇筑堆石混凝土形成。根据本发明的胶结爆破堆石坝,充分利用炸药定向爆破,将坝肩爆碎的岩石按预定方向抛落至坝体位置堆筑而成,可大幅减少开挖、运输、填筑等工作量;采用自流控制灌浆和结构化胶结技术,可最大限度减少胶凝材料,又可以利用少量胶凝材料显著提高堆石料强度,从而减少堆石筑坝材料用量;还可以降低坝身堆石料孔隙率,减小坝身非均匀性沉降,有效地抑制防渗体开裂。
