The invention discloses a hydraulic hoist high-precision electronic proportional speed regulation automatic control system. The system comprises a PLC, a first gate opening and closing controller anda second gate opening and closing controller are arranged on the PLC, and an oil pump motor is connected with a gate body through a standby control system; the standby control system comprises a hydraulic system, the hydraulic system is connected with a switch oil cylinder through a first electromagnetic control valve, and a pressure sensor and a displacement sensor are arranged on a hydraulic rod; the hydraulic system is connected with a standby oil cylinder through a second electromagnetic control valve, and the standby oil cylinder is connected with the hydraulic rod through a standby oil pipe; and the hydraulic system is connected with the first gate opening and closing controller, the second gate opening and closing controller, the oil pump motor, a first gate opening degree sensor and a second gate opening degree sensor. The system has beneficial effects the situation that after the system does not work for a long time, a gate cannot be opened due to the fact that the system cannot be normally used is avoided, and whether a standby control system can be normally used or not can be tested.
