PLC-based automatic slurry conveying and blending system and process
The invention discloses a PLC-based automatic slurry conveying and conveying system. The system comprises a slurry conveying subsystem, a slurry blending subsystem, a system frame and a control room arranged in the system frame, wherein an upper computer, an industrial switch and a master PLC which are in communication connection are arranged in the control room, and the master PLC controls the slurry conveying subsystem and the slurry blending subsystem through a first sub-controller and a second sub-controller respectively. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a slurry conveying and conveying process. Optimal parameters are manually preset, controlled and executed through the master PLC, so that interference of human factors is avoided, the slurry conveying and conveying efficiencyis improved, and the actual slurry conveying and conveying cost input is reduced while the slurry density control precision is improved.
