Small foundation bearing platform formwork and construction method thereof
The invention provides a small foundation bearing platform formwork and a construction method thereof. The method comprises the following steps of step 1, splitting the bearing platform formwork intoa plurality of concrete prefabricated formwork units; step 2, prefabricating the concrete prefabricated formwork units, wherein each concrete prefabricated formwork unit is in a shape of a convex; embedding steel bar grids in the concrete prefabricated formwork units, embedding lifting hooks in the top ends or the bottom ends of the concrete prefabricated formwork units, and forming fixing holes in the upper ends and the lower ends of the two sides of the concrete prefabricated formwork units; and step 3, after pouring of the foundation cushion layer is completed and the required strength is achieved, carrying out lofting, and splicing the adjacent concrete prefabricated formwork units according to the inverted-T shape and the inverted-T shape, connecting the fixing holes and fixing through pins, thereby forming a closed integer; and step 4, after assembling is completed and combination is stable, carrying out peripheral earthwork backfilling and subsequent construction. The construction method is few in plastering-free procedures, short in process intermittent time, fast in construction progress and low in construction cost; and the bearing platform is high in integrity and strongin stability.
本发明提供一种小型基础承台模板及其施工方法,所述方法步骤如下:步骤1、承台模板拆分成若干个混凝土预制模板单元;步骤2、预制混凝土预制模板单元,所述混凝土预制模板单元为凸字形;在混凝土预制模板单元内埋设钢筋网格,以及在混凝土预制模板单元的顶端或底端预埋吊钩,且其两侧的上下两端均设置有固定孔;步骤3、基础垫层浇筑完成并达到要求强度后进行放样,相邻混凝土预制模板单元按凸字形和倒凸字形进行拼装,且固定孔相接并通过销钉固定,形成闭合整体;步骤4、拼装完成,组合稳固之后即可进行外围土方回填和后续施工。本发明免抹灰工序少,工艺间歇时间短,施工进度快,施工成本低,且承台整体性、稳定性强。
