The invention discloses a manufacturing process for a lining PE water tank, and relates to the technical field of water tanks. The manufacturing process for the lining PE water tank comprises the following steps that 1, water tank iron plates are heated to 240 DEG C - 300 DEG C; 2, after the heated water tank iron plates are discharged out of a furnace, the front faces and the back faces of the heated water tank iron plates are evenly sprayed with HDPE powder, and the HDPE powder is naturally melted on the surface of each water tank iron plate to form an HDPE protective layer; 3, a silica gelsealing strip is arranged between the two water tank iron plates and fastened through a screw; 4, the upper portion, the lower portion, the left portion, the right portion, the front portion and the rear portion of the interior of a large-volume water tank are fixed through tie bars; and 5, pipe openings of a water outlet pipe, an overflow pipe, a blow-off pipe and a vent pipe are reserved in themachining process of the water tank. After the above technical scheme is adopted, the manufacturing process has the beneficial effects that the lining PE water tank has the advantages of being resistant to corrosion and acid and alkali, particularly can prevent chloride ions in tap water from corroding the plates, and is not prone to age, and the service life of the water tank is prolonged.
