The invention provides a foldable cuboid fabricated space structure unit. The cuboid fabricated space structure unit consists of eight linear rod pieces, four folding rod pieces and eight corner points. The foldable cuboid fabricated space structure unit is characterized in that the four folding rod pieces are parallel to one another when being completely unfolded, each foldable cuboid fabricatedspace structure unit is provided with two folding faces, and the two folding faces are rotating faces when the two sets of folding rod pieces are folded; one-way folding hinges are arranged in the middles and at the two ends of the folding rod pieces, and the length (including the size of the hinges) of the folding rod pieces is smaller than or equal to that of the linear rod pieces in the corresponding folding faces before folding; and three connecting holes are formed in each corner point, and each connecting hole is perpendicular to the other two connecting holes.
