The invention relates to an elastic sliding plate seismic isolation bearing. The elastic sliding plate seismic isolation bearing comprises an upper connecting plate, a lower connecting plate, an elastic seismic isolation assembly provided with an upper sealing plate and a lower sealing plate, a first sliding plate arranged on the upper connecting plate, a second sliding plate arranged on the uppersealing plate and matched with the first sliding plate in a sliding manner, a third sliding plate arranged on the lower connecting plate, a fourth sliding plate arranged on the lower sealing plate and matched with the third sliding plate in a sliding manner, a first limit ring arranged on the upper connecting plate and used for limiting sliding distance of the second sliding plate and a second limit ring arranged on the lower connecting plate and used for limiting sliding distance of the fourth sliding plate. According to the elastic sliding plate seismic isolation bearing, by two sliding surfaces arranged between the first sliding plate and the second sliding plate as well as between the third sliding plate and the fourth sliding plate, sliding energy consumption of the bearing in stagesis realized, and by cooperation of the first limit ring and the second limit ring, deflection of ultra-extreme displacement is effectively limited and safety performance of the bearing is improved. The bearing is provided with an inhaul cable, the vertical tensile discontinuity characteristic of the bearing is changed, and the risk of capsizing under the extreme operating condition can be effectively prevented.
