The invention discloses a prefabricated component, wherein a cast-in-place cavity is constructed in the prefabricated component; the top, which is near the outer side, of the prefabricated component is provided with an upper reverse edge, and the bottom, which is near the outer side, of the prefabricated component is provided with a lower reverse edge; when two prefabricated components are assembled on an upper layer and a lower layer, a gap between the upper reverse edge on the top of the lower layer of prefabricated component and the lower reverse edge of the bottom of the upper layer of prefabricated component can be sealed through a blocking component so as to form a cast-in-place area below the upper layer of prefabricated component and a ring beam area above the lower layer of prefabricated component. The embodiment of the invention also provides a connection structure and method for the upper layer of prefabricated component and the lower layer of prefabricated component.
