The invention discloses a sound-insulating and warm-keeping light partition wall board. The sound-insulating and warm-keeping light partition wall board comprises a light partition wall board main body. The light partition wall board main body is composed of an outer partition wall board, a sound insulating board and an inner partition wall board. The inner side of the outer partition wall board is fixedly connected to the outer side of the sound insulating board. The inner side of the sound insulating board is fixedly connected to the outer side of the inner partition wall board. The interiorof the sound insulating board is provided with a plurality of weight-reducing cavities. The interiors of the plurality of weight-reducing cavities are filled with sound-insulating cotton. According to the sound-insulating and warm-keeping light partition wall board, the sound insulating board is filled with the sound insulating cotton, so that the overall weight of the partition wall board is reduced, and excellent sound insulating and heat preservation performance is embodied. A built-in reinforcing steel bar also improves the overall load bearing and pressing resistance of the partition wall board, so that board cracking can be effectively avoided during long-time use. Inward and outward threads are matched and clamped more tightly and do not loosen easily. An installer can perform quick calibration and mounting by using a level measuring instrument brought by the installer.
