The prefabricated concrete steelstructure composite building structure comprises at least two prefabricated concrete plate assemblies arranged side by side at intervals, a pouring plate and a self-leveling layer. Each prefabricatedconcrete plate assembly comprises a concrete plate and a steel beam, and the steel beam is fixedly connected with the side of the concrete plate. The top portions of the steel beams of adjacent two prefabricated concrete plate assemblies are fixedly connected with each other. A pouring groove with an upward groove opening is formed by the coordination of the side walls of the concrete plates fixedly connected with the steel beams and the top portions of the steel beams. The pouring plate is poured and molded in the pouring groove. The self-leveling layer covers the upper surfaces of the prefabricated concrete plate assemblies and the pouring plate. Compared with a steel structure building floor, the prefabricated concrete steel structure composite building structure has the advantages that the rigidity is high, the structure is stable, and the self-leveling layer is not prone to falling off and damaging. According to the prefabricated concrete steel structure composite building structure and the manufacturing method thereof, only the pouring plate needs to be poured and molded, so a large-area pouring construction is not needed.
