The invention discloses a panel fixing structure for an integrated ceiling. The panel fixing structure comprises a panel, a connecting plate and a fixing block; inserting holes are formed in the middles of the front side face and the rear side face of the panel, a middle plate is arranged on the upper surface of the panel, a square through groove is formed in the middle of the upper surface of themiddle plate, first grooves are formed in the front ends of the upper sides of the left side face and the right side face of the middle plate, first clamping grooves are formed in the front end and the rear end of the bottom in the first grooves, and inserting grooves corresponding to inserting holes formed in the front side face and the rear side face of the panel are formed in the middles of the front side face and the rear side face of the middle plate. By the adoption of the multiple locking mechanisms, the panel can be stably fixed, the phenomenon that the panel falls off and the like isavoided, meanwhile, the panel is convenient to disassemble and maintain, four-corner positioning can be conducted between the fixing structure and the panel after the panel is installed, and the phenomenon that the panel deviates is avoided.
