The invention provides a keel connecting structure for an assembly type ceiling. The keel connecting structure comprises a main keel, an auxiliary keel, a bearing plate and hanging assemblies, whereinthe main keel is in crossed up-down lapping-joint with the auxiliary keel, the bearing plate is placed on the main keel, and the hanging assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of themain keel. Each hanging assembly comprises two bolts and a connecting plate, wherein the two bolts are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the connecting plate, the bolts penetrate through the connecting plate and are fixedly installed on the bearing plate through nuts, and the connecting plate abuts against the lower side of the auxiliary keel. According to the keel connecting structure forthe assembly type ceiling, the main keel and the auxiliary keel in a keel skeleton of the assembly type ceiling are firmly installed, and the stability of the keel skeleton is high.
