The invention discloses an elevator shaft upside-down mounting construction method. The method comprises the steps that it is determined that n sections of elevator shafts need to be mounted, n is equal to the number of building floors, the first section of elevator shaft to the (n-2) th section of elevator shaft are mounted according to the normal sequence, then the nth section of elevator shaftis mounted, finally the (n-1) th section of elevator shaft is mounted, the nth section of elevator shaft is connected with the (n-1) th section of elevator shaft, and finally overall welding is carried out. According to the method, the problem about mounting the elevator shaft without a large hoisting tool is solved, and the last two sections of elevator shafts are mounted upside down, so that mounting failure caused by sequential mounting of the elevator shafts from bottom to top is avoided.
