The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a construction method for suspended ceiling installation of a high-altitude special-shaped eave structure. The mounting position of a track and the size of a hanging basket are determined, and an I-shaped steel rail is arranged below the eave structure; an electric hoist is arranged on the I-shaped steel rail, and the hanging basket is hoisted through the electric hoist; the electric hoist is adjusted, so that the hanging basket reaches a suspended ceiling mounting height and a mounting position; an anti-falling device is worn on construction personnel and arranged on a main body steel structure of a building; and suspended ceiling operation is started. By means of the construction method, the difficulty and engineering quantity of scaffold assembly and disassembly can be reduced, high-altitude falling accidents are reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
