Pre-stressed underpinning and reinforcing device for double-T plate structure and reinforcing method
The invention relates to the field of plant building and structural engineering of civil engineering, in particular to a pre-stressed underpinning and reinforcing device and a reinforcing method. Existing building structure reinforcing techniques belong to passive reinforcement systems, a concrete structure reinforcing method is insufficient in reliability and poor in durability, and a structure has to be required to unload during construction. The pre-stressed underpinning and reinforcing device for the double-T plate structure comprises a reinforcing device body for a double-T plate. The double-T plate comprises rib beams, the reinforcing device body comprises anchoring assemblies, underpinning limiting assemblies, tensioning balance assemblies and pre-stressed steel bars, the anchoringassemblies are matched with the rib beams, the tensioning balance assemblies are located between the underpinning limiting assemblies, and the pre-stressed steel bars are arranged on the rib beams. The device belongs to active reinforcing systems, does not unload or suspend production during construction, and has good development prospects in the field of plant building and structural engineeringof civil engineering.
