The present invention relates to a plane type ventilation door and window structure with ventilation and sound insulation water tightness improvement functions. The plane type ventilation door and window structure mainly comprises a frame body, a first movable sash and a second movable sash, wherein at least one first sealing material is arranged between the first movable sash and the frame body and between the second movable sash and the frame body, and a second sealing material is arranged between the bottom surface of the first movable sash and the top surface of the second movable sash. Bymeans of the arrangement of the first sealing material and the second sealing material, when the first movable sash and the second movable sash are stacked up and down to be closed, external sound, rainwater and air can be completely prevented from entering a room, and then the excellent sound insulation and water tightness effects are achieved.
