The invention provides a valve element sealing structure of a control valve of an excavator. The valve element sealing structure comprises a valve body, a valve element and a sealing mechanism. A valve hole is formed in the valve body. The sealing mechanism comprises a sleeve, a first seal ring, a first positioning ring, a spring, a gasket, a second seal ring and a second positioning ring. A regular hexagon-shaped block is fixedly arranged at the top end of the sleeve. A through hole is formed in the middle of the regular hexagon-shaped block, the first seal ring, the first positioning ring, the spring, the gasket, the second seal ring and the second positioning ring are successively arranged in the sleeve from top to bottom, the second positioning ring is in threaded connection to the sleeve, two ends of the spring lean against the first positioning ring and the gasket, separately, the sleeve is mounted on the upper part of the valve hole in a threaded connection manner, the first positioning ring is fixedly connected to the valve element, an annular slot is formed in the inner wall of the through hole, a dust ring is arranged in the annular slot, and the dust ring is arranged onthe valve element in a sleeving manner. The valve element sealing structure provided by the invention can improve sealing performance between the valve element and the valve hole, prevent dust and particulate matters from entering the valve body and prevent leakage of hydraulic oil in the valve body.
本发明提供了一种挖掘机控制阀阀芯密封结构,包括阀体、阀芯和密封机构,所述阀体上设有阀孔,密封机构包括套筒、第一密封圈、第一定位环、弹簧、垫片、第二密封圈和第二定位环,套筒顶端固定设有正六边形块,正六边形块中部设有通孔,第一密封圈、第一定位环、弹簧、垫片、第二密封圈和第二定位环从上到下依次设于套筒内部,第二定位环与套筒螺纹连接,弹簧两端分别与第一定位环和垫片相抵,套筒通过螺纹连接的方式安装在阀孔的上部,第一定位环与阀芯固定连接,通孔内壁设有环形卡槽,环形卡槽内设有防尘圈,防尘圈套设于阀芯上。本发明的阀芯密封结构能提高阀芯与阀孔之间的密封性能,能防止灰尘及颗粒物进入阀体,能避免阀体内的液压油泄漏。
