A water source flows into the water storage tank from the upper ring groove in cooperation with a low-position water opening to be stored, after the water source is stored in the water storage tank, water is controlled by the adjusting mechanism, the water source conducts drip irrigation on the crops through the adjusting mechanism, the penetrating power for drip irrigation on soil can be changed according to control over the water level time, the penetrating power is improved when drip irrigation is started while the soil structure is prevented from being damaged, then the penetrating power on the soil is gradually reduced, the effect of fully utilizing water dripped into the soil is achieved, and the drip irrigation effect on the crops is improved.
