Preparation method of lanthanide-doped injectable calcium phosphate bone cement as well as product and application of bone cement
The invention relates to a preparation method of lanthanide-doped calcium phosphate bone cement with lanthanide replacing part of calcium ions in beta-tricalcium phosphate crystal lattices. The methodcomprises the following steps: preparing a calcium phosphate salt powder with a certain proportion of lanthanide substituted by a solid-phase reaction method, and preparing a bone cement powder by taking the calcium phosphate salt powder as a main body; and preparing a citric acid solution containing phosphorylated chitosan, gelatin and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose as a curing solution, and adjusting injectability and curing time of the bone cement. The bone cement provided by the invention has good injectability and proper curing time, and is suitable for minimally invasive surgery. The lanthanide is doped in the calcium phosphate bone cement, so that the bone cement has fluorescence labeling capability, is expected to be applied to clinical in-vivo material positioning, drug release monitoring, material degradation tracking, treatment condition tracking and the like in orthopedics, and provides a new thought for clinical application of the calcium phosphate bone cement.
本发明一种以镧系元素取代部分β‑磷酸三钙晶格中的钙离子的镧系元素掺杂的磷酸钙骨水泥的制备方法,通过固相反应法制备一定比例镧系元素取代的磷酸钙盐粉末,以此为主体配制骨水泥粉末;配制含磷酸化壳聚糖、明胶、羟丙基甲基纤维素的柠檬酸溶液作为固化液,调节骨水泥的可注射性和固化时间。本发明提出的配方具有良好的可注射性,合适的固化时间,适合微创手术。通过在磷酸钙骨水泥中掺杂镧系元素,使骨水泥具有荧光标记能力,有望应用于骨科临床上进行体内材料定位、监测药物释放、追踪材料降解、跟踪治疗状况等,为磷酸钙骨水泥的临床应用提供新的思路。
