The invention discloses a special bus window with an emergency self-opening function. A window frame and a window body are included. A containing groove matched with the window body in size is formedin the window frame. The window body is glued and fixed in the containing groove; a part, located below the window body, of the containing groove is arranged to be a buffer chamber and sealed by the window frame; a screen plate is connected into the buffer chamber in a sealing manner; a linkage mechanism is connected to the lower part of the screen plate; a space, located above the screen plate and below the window body, of the buffer chamber is filled with a magnetorheological fluid; and the linkage structure comprises a through hole formed in the side wall of the window frame and connected with the outside, a movable groove with an outer diameter larger than a diameter of the through hole is formed in the portion, on the inner wall of the window frame, of the through hole, a sliding plate is slidably connected into the sliding groove in a sealed mode, and an upper rack and a lower rack are fixedly connected to the side, close to the containing groove, of the sliding plate. The special bus window has the advantages that the bus window is automatically opened under the action of hydraulic pressure when external water pressure is large, and passengers can conveniently save themselves.
