Preparation method and application of cement admixture based on waste orange peel
The invention provides a preparation method of waste orange peel as an additive and an application of the waste orange peel in concrete. Specifically, waste orange peel is used as an additive, and theadditive is prepared by the following method: cleaning fruit peel, fully drying, dicing and grinding, and screening out small particles to obtain fruit peel powder, namely the additive. The beneficial effects are reflected in that 0.02%, 0.05% and 0.1% (accounting for the use amount of cement) of the admixture are doped into concrete, and compared with an existing admixture, the natural admixturehas the advantages of being environmentally friendly, low in cost, simple in preparation process and easy to popularize, and has the dual effects of remarkably prolonging the setting time and improving the early strength. The optimal mixing amount of the obtained waste orange peel is 0.05%. The initial setting time and the final setting time are respectively prolonged by 28.57% and 28%; and the strength is respectively improved by 9.91%, 10.50% and 5.91% in 3 days, 7 days and 28 days.
本发明提供了一种废橙子皮作为外加剂的制备方法及其在混凝土中的应用。具体来说采用废橙子皮作为外加剂,所述外加剂由以下方法制得:洗净果皮,充分干燥后,进行切块研磨,经过筛除小颗粒,得到果皮粉末,即为外加剂。其有益效果体现在,在混凝土中掺入0.02%,0.05%和0.1%(占水泥用量的百分数)的该外加剂,相比于现有的外加剂,该天然外加剂具有绿色环保,成本低廉,且制备过程简单,容易推广的优点,并且具有显著延长凝结时间和提高早期强度的双重效果。其中,得到废橙子皮的最佳掺量为0.05%。初凝和终凝时间分别延长28.57%和28%;3天、7天和28天的强度分别提高了9.91%、10.50%、5.91%。
