Impermeable concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, and discloses impermeable concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts byweight: 110-140 parts of gypsum; 130-170 parts of recycled concrete; 20-30 parts of fly ash; 1-4 parts of straw; 5-8 parts of octadecylammonium montmorillonite; and 6-8 parts of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate. The impermeable concrete has the following advantages and effects: the octadecylammonium montmorillonite is doped into the concrete mixture to enhance the compactness and improve the impermeability; the ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and the octadecylammonium montmorillonite are added and mixed, so that the porosity is reduced in an auxiliary mode, and the pore structure is improved; andthe octadecylammonium montmorillonite is coated with ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, and the octadecylammonium montmorillonite is mixed more evenly in the components, so that the impermeability of the concrete is improved.
