The invention discloses a coal gangue shale sintered brick raw material fermentation treatment system. The system comprises a raw material pretreatment mechanism, a high-altitude distribution mechanism, a transverse excavation mechanism, a material layer thickness control mechanism and an extrusion mechanism, the high-altitude material distribution mechanism comprises an aging tank and a high-altitude material scattering assembly; in the process that the coal gangue powder stirred by the hot water freely falls from a material scattering opening of the high-altitude material scattering assembly, the coal gangue powder falling into the aging area can be fully dispersed, coal gangue powder cannot be agglomerated into blocks; a small amount of coal gangue powder agglomerated into blocks fallsto the ground, impacts with coal gangue powder at the lower part, and can be crashed, the fully dispersed coal gangue powder and water can be uniformly dispersed into each coal gangue particle, so that the problem of non-uniform water in the aging process of the coal gangue powder is solved, the wet coal gangue powder is high in particle defibering and plasticity, the extrusion forming property ofthe final wet coal gangue powder is improved, and an adhesive does not need to be added in the extrusion forming of the wet coal gangue powder.
