Road wearing layer construction method
The invention discloses a road wearing layer construction method. The method comprises the following steps (1) processing a pavement base surface firstly, leveling a pavement, then detecting the pavement, repairing defective parts, removing hidden dangers, using compressed air to purge the pavement, removing impurities on the surface of a base layer, spraying modified conductive asphalt at a temperature of 125-145 DEG C to the surface of the base layer, wherein a spraying amount of the modified conductive asphalt per square meter is 0.6-0.9 kg; and (2) preparing an asphalt wearing layer; and heating the modified conductive asphalt, gravel with a certain particle size, stone chips with a certain particle size, slag and chopped fibers to 175-195 DEG C in parts by mass, stirring for 10-15 minutes, spraying an asphalt surface layer mixture to the surface of a base layer at a constant speed, and finally, rolling the pavement for three times to obtain the asphalt wearing layer with a certainthickness. Water damage resistance of the asphalt wearing layer obtained by the method is obviously improved.
本发明公开一种道路磨耗层的施工方法,包括如下步骤:(1)路面基层表面处理,首先对路面进行平整工作,然后对路面进行检测,有缺陷处进行修补,清除隐患,用压缩空气对路面进行吹扫,去除基层表面的杂质,然后在基层表面喷洒125‑145oC的改性导电沥青,每平米改性导电沥青的喷洒量为0.6‑0.9kg;(2)沥青磨耗层的制备,按照质量份数,将改性导电沥青,一定粒径的碎石,一定粒径的的石屑,矿渣、短切纤维加热到175‑195℃,搅拌10‑15min,然后将沥青面层混合料匀速喷洒到基层表面,最后对路面进行三次碾压,得到一定厚度的沥青磨耗层。通过本发明得到的沥青磨耗层耐水损性能明显改善。
