Vehicle access pneumatic barrier gate system
The invention discloses a vehicle access pneumatic barrier gate system. The system comprises a barrier gate driving mechanism, a license plate recognition camera mechanism, a vehicle detector and a single-chip microcomputer control mechanism. The barrier gate driving mechanism comprises a rack, a gate rod, a driving air cylinder, an electromagnetic air valve and a manual air valve. One end of thegate rod is hinged to the rack, the driving air cylinder is vertically arranged, the bottom of the driving air cylinder is a fixed end, the top of the driving air cylinder is a piston end, the fixed end is hinged to the rack, and the piston end is hinged to a gate rod and used for driving the gate rod to turn over. The license plate recognition camera mechanism and the vehicle detector are arranged on the two sides of the brake rod respectively and connected with the single-chip microcomputer control mechanism. The manual air valve and the electromagnetic air valve are connected with the driving air cylinder, and the electromagnetic air valve is connected with the single-chip microcomputer control mechanism. Operation of the brake rod is not affected by power failure, the requirement for the strength of the brake rod is low, the brake rod is not prone to shaking, and a noise in a rising and falling process is low.
