The roller shutter type microorganism grouting device comprises a grouting vehicle, a winding and unwinding device, a roller shutter type microorganism grouting plate and a grouting system, wherein the winding and unwinding device on the grouting vehicle flatly paves the roller shutter type microorganism grouting plate on a road bank slope surface or retracts the roller shutter type microorganism grouting plate from the road bank slope surface, the grouting surface of theroller shutter type microorganism grouting plate comprises a plurality of grouting drill bits, the slope surface layer soil body reinforcement can be completed, the grouting system comprises a storagetank, a slurry conveying pump, a slurry conveying pipe and the like, and the storage tank is arranged on the grouting vehicle and is convenient to transport and construct.
