A power cavity with a downward opening is formed in the body, two guiderods are fixedly connected between the front inner side wall and the rear inner side wall of the power cavity, the two guide rods are put front and back, a sliding block is slidingly arranged on the guide rods, an inner tooth-shaped cavity is formed in the sliding block, and the inner tooth-shaped cavity is located between the two guide rods. Sludge and water plants in canals are smashed through acutting knife, then the smashed sludge and water plants are sucked in through a suction pipe and sprayed to the ground near the canals through a spray nozzle, soil near the canals is fertilized, andcrops in the soil obtain sufficient nutrients; and a transmission shaft is driven by a synchronous chain to rotate, transmission between the transmission shaft and the synchronous chain is not disconnected while the transmission shaft moves front and back, and then the stability of power output of the equipment is guaranteed.
