The green energy-saving ecological building structure comprises a balcony, a water storage tank arranged on a building roof and a water outlet pipeline connected with the water storage tank; the balcony comprises an inner wall and an outer wall, a partition plate is fixedly arranged between the inner wall and the outer wall, a planting layer is arranged above the partition plate, and a water storage layer is arranged below the partition plate; an automatic water conveying device is mounted between the planting layerand the water storage layer; a water inlet pipe is arranged on the outer wall in a penetrating mode, extends into the water storage layer and communicates with the water outlet pipeline; a water control piston with the side wall attached to the side wall of the water inlet pipe is arranged in the water inlet pipe in a sliding fit mode, a water supplementing channel is formed in the water control piston, and an opening in one end of the water supplementing channel is formed in the end face, back to the water storage layer, of the water control piston; an opening in the other end of the water supplementing channel is formed in the side wall of the water control piston; the water control piston is connected with a driving device, and the driving device comprises a first driving assembly and asecond driving assembly. The green energy-saving ecological building structure has the effect of automatically supplementing water into the water storage layer.
