The invention provides an assembly type concrete plate structure and a dry-type connecting method thereof. A left side plate end is provided with a plate end lower notch, a left plate reserved reinforcing steel bar, a reserved bolt channel and a left U-shaped bolt channel; a plate end upper notch, a right plate reserved reinforcing steel bar and a U-shaped bolt channel are arranged on a right sideplate end; a left side connector is formed by welding a left part reinforcing steel bar sleeve, a reinforcing steel bar ring and a left part reinforcing steel bar; a right side connector is formed bywelding a right part reinforcing steel bar sleeve, a bolt and a right part reinforcing steel bar; the left side connector and the right side connector are mutually connected to the left plate reserved reinforcing steel bar and the right plate reserved reinforcing steel bar separately; a left side plate is lap joint on the notch of a right side plate; a bolt of the right side connector passes through a reinforcing steel bar ring of the left side connector and a preserved bolt channel, and is fastened by a nut, and is finally connected to the U-shaped bolt. The assembly type concrete plate structure has the advantages that: the connecting way adopts dry operation construction, is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and simplifies construction; connection is reliable, integrity is good, and rigidity is remarkably improved; and industrial efficiency is remarkably improved, so that universalization and standardization can be realized.
本项发明提供一种装配式混凝土板结构及其干式连接方法,左侧板端设有板端下缺口、左板预留钢筋、预留螺栓通道及左U形螺栓通道;右侧板端设有板端上缺口,右板预留钢筋及右U形螺栓通道;左侧连接件由左件钢筋套筒、钢筋圈、左件钢筋焊接而成;右侧连接件由右件钢筋套筒、螺栓、右件钢筋焊接而成;将左侧连接件、右侧连接件分别与左板预留钢筋、右板预留钢筋相互连接,左侧板搭接在右侧板的缺口上,右侧连接件的螺栓穿过左侧连接件的钢筋圈和预留螺栓通道并由螺母紧固,最后连接U形螺栓。本发明的优点是连接方式采用干作业施工,节能环保,简化施工;连接可靠,整体性好,刚度显著提升;显著提升其工业化效率,并可以实现通用化,标准化。
