The invention provides an intelligent packaging type box room which comprises a bottom plate, a wall, a ceiling, an airing device and a first induction device, wherein the bottom plate, the wall and the ceiling enclose a living space; a first driving device for controlling opening and closing states of the ceiling is arranged in the living space; the airing device is located in the living space; and the first induction device is used for inducing outdoor air humidity and is in communication connection to the first driving device. The intelligent packaging type box room solves the problem of clothes airing of a conventional packaging type box room and has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to assemble and disassemble and capable of being spliced in a diverse manner andspliced infinitely.
