The invention discloses a wood structure bearing insulation wallboard. The wood structure bearing insulation wallboard comprises more than one insulation board, wherein the insulation board comprisesa board body and inner shells. The inner shells are mounted in the board body, left side opened ends of residual inner shells except the leftmost inner shell shrink inward to form insertion parts, oneends of the insertion parts are inserted into openings of the inner shells on one side, more than one inner shells communicate to form a sealed insulation cavity, the insulation cavity is internallyfilled with an insulation layer, and positioning mechanisms for fixing the inner shells are arranged between the insertion parts and the inner shells. The wood structure bearing insulation wallboard is simple in structure and the sealed insulation cavity is to be formed between the inner shells, so that an insulation effect is improved. The internal insulation layer can be sealed effectively by means of the sealing cavity to avoid a gap, so that the insulation effect is further improved. The surfaces of the board bodies are not damaged in connection of the board bodies, so that attractivenessof the board body is prevented from being affected.
