The invention relates to a connecting structure of a curtain wall keel and a main body keel and a construction method thereof. The connecting structure comprises a fixing base detachably mounted on the main body keel and a connecting base detachably installed on the curtain wall keel, wherein the fixing base can be rotationally adjusted around the main body keel, and the fixing base is connected with a first connecting plate protruding outwards; and the connecting base can be rotationally adjusted around the curtain wall keel and is connected with a second connecting plate protruding outwards.Through movable adjustment and rotary adjustment of the fixing base and the connecting base, the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are attached, and then the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are fixedly connected, so that the curtain wall keel is fixedly connected with the main body keel. According to the connecting structure, the problem of poor adaptability of an existing connecting circular pipe is effectively solved; and the connecting structure is adjusted to adapt to the curtain wall keel and the main body keel with various gaps, construction requirements are met, the workload for welding is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the construction difficulty is reduced.
