Lightweight concrete wallboard convenient for assembly type steel structure installation
The invention relates to a lightweight concrete wallboard convenient for assembly type steel structure installation. The lightweight concrete wallboard consists of a lightweight concrete wallboard 1,common concrete connection reinforcing strips 2 and reinforcing steel bars 3, wherein two prefabricated common concrete connecting reinforcing strips 2 made of materials different from those of the lightweight concrete wallboard 1 are correspondingly embedded in the middle parts of the upper end and the lower end of the lightweight concrete wallboard 1, and a plurality of reinforcing steel bars 3are poured and inserted on the common concrete connecting reinforcing strips 2. When the wallboard and a building structure are installed through an assembly type steel structure, the assembly type steel structure connected with the lightweight concrete wallboard 1 can be welded to the steel bars 3 on the common concrete connection reinforcing strips 2 at the ends of the wallboard; and due to thefact that the nail holding force of the common concrete connecting reinforcing strips 2 is higher than that of the plate body light concrete of the light concrete wallboard 1, the connecting stabilityof the light concrete wallboard 1 and a steel structure is improved.
本发明涉及一种便于装配式钢结构安装的轻质混凝土墙板,由轻质混凝土墙板1、普通混凝土连接增强条2、钢筋3组成,其中轻质混凝土墙板1的上下两端头中间部位分别嵌有两个与轻质混凝土墙板1材质不同的预制成型普通混凝土连接增强条2,普通混凝土连接增强条2上浇筑插接有若干钢筋3。本发明所述墙板与建筑结构使用装配式钢结构安装时,与轻质混凝土墙板1连接的装配式钢结构可与墙板端头普通混凝土连接增强条2上的钢筋3焊接,由于普通混凝土连接增强条2的握钉力强于轻质混凝土墙板1的板体轻质混凝土的握钉力,所以提高了轻质混凝土墙板1与钢结构的连接稳定性。
