Wallboard mounting system
The invention provides a wallboard mounting system. The wallboard mounting system involves a keel, wall face leveling mechanisms, a height adjusting mechanism and wallboard clamping pieces, wherein the wall face leveling mechanisms are connected with the keel and used for fixing the keel to a base face, and the wall face leveling mechanisms can adjust the position of the keel relative to the baseface in the width direction and the thickness direction of the keel; and the height adjusting mechanism is supported at the bottom end of the keel and can adjust the position of the keel relative to the base face in the length direction of the keel, and the wallboard clamping pieces are used for being connected with wallboards and can be arranged on the keel together with the wallboards in an embedded mode. According to the wallboard mounting system, three-dimensional adjustment of the keel is achieved through the wall face leveling mechanisms and the height adjusting mechanism, leveling of the wallboard mounting base face can be achieved conveniently, and use of wood base plates is reduced, so that waste is reduced, and construction efficiency is improved; and the wallboards are directlyfixed to the base face through the keel, so that the mounting strength is high, and the stability is high.
本发明提供一种墙板安装系统，包括龙骨、墙面调平机构、高度调节机构和墙板卡件，所述墙面调平机构与所述龙骨连接并用于将所述龙骨固定于基面上，所述墙面调平机构可沿所述龙骨的宽度方向和厚度方向调节所述龙骨相对所述基面的位置，所述高度调节机构支撑于所述龙骨的底端并可沿所述龙骨的长度方向调节所述龙骨相对所述基面的位置，所述墙板卡件用于与墙板连接并可与所述墙板共同嵌设于所述龙骨上。本发明提供的墙板安装系统通过墙面调平机构和高度调节机构共同实现龙骨的三维调节，能够较为便捷地实现墙板安装基面的找平，减少木质垫板的使用，从而减少浪费并提高施工效率，且通过龙骨将墙板直接固定于基面上，安装强度高，稳定性强。
