The invention provides a high-hardness aluminum alloy floor subjected to powder coating hardening treatment. The high-hardness aluminum alloy floor comprises hardened surface covers, honeycomb aluminum plate bearing layers, spring buffer layers, connecting clamping hooks, fastening spring and tourmaline layers. The connecting clamping hooks are clamped at the top of a bottom box through transverseclamping plates, the tourmaline layers are fixed on the upper surfaces of the spring buffer layers, and the honeycomb aluminum plate force bearing layers are placed above the tourmaline layers and clamped in floor clamping grooves of connecting clamping hooks through vertical clamping plates. The hardened surface covers are fixedly bonded to the tops of the honeycomb aluminum plate force bearinglayers, the surface hardness of the floor is improved through hardening treatment of the hardened surface covers, and the resistance strength of the floor is improved through combination of a honeycomb structure and buffering springs. The tourmaline layers and a heating assembly are arranged, so that the functions of releasing negative air ions and heating are achieved. The floor structure has theadvantages of being firm, attractive, high in hardness and rich in function.
