The driving motor is in driving connection with a translation mechanism used for driving the moving frame to move. The rotating driving mechanism can drive and rotate the scraping plate, and the cement ground is rotated and trimmed in the rotating process of the scraping plate. In the process of rotation of the scraping plate, the scraping plate rotates around a rotating plate rotating center due to the rotating of a rotating plate, and the trimming range of thescraping plate is expanded. A moving gear is in meshing connection with a straight rack to drive the rotating driving mechanism to move transversely as a whole, the trimming range of the cement groundis obviously expanded, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
