The posture adjustment method comprises the following steps: providing the special shaped steel structure, wherein the special shaped steel structure comprises a first end and a second end; selecting two first hoisting points on one side of the first end, selecting two landing points on the other side of the first end, and controlling the two first hoisting points to move upwards to enable the special shaped steel structure to overturn upwards by a preset angle relative to the landing points; selecting twosecond hoisting points on the second end, and controlling the two first hoisting points to move upwards to enable the special shaped steel structure to continue overturning upwards relative to the landing points; selecting two third hoisting points and two fourth hoisting points between the first end and the second end; and controlling the two third hoisting points to move upwards, and at the sametime, controlling the two fourth hoisting points to move downwards to enable the second end to be in full contact with the ground. The posture of the special shaped steel structure is adjusted through collaborative operation of multiple hoisting points, hoisting construction is finished through changing the hoisting point positions, the high-altitude quantity of work is reduced, construction is safe and controllable, and the construction quality and precision can meet the design requirements.
