The invention discloses a safety door bolt device for a door panel. The safety door bolt device for the door panel comprises a door frame and a door plate arranged on the door frame and capable of rotating. Door bolt fixing pieces are fixedly arranged on the inner side walls of two sides of the door frame and are connected through a door sill; a door bolt filling piece is fixedly arranged on the outer side wall of the door frame; and the door sill contacts the door frame through the door bolt filling piece. According to the safety door bolt device for the door panel provided by the invention,the door bolt device is arranged on a gap between the door plate and the door frame, screws for fixing the door bolt device is concealed in the gap between the door frame and the door plate, and the fixed screws can not fall off easily and can stably fixing the door bolt device even if a door is ushed violently, so that the safety is improved; the door bolt device can be only opened from the innerpart and cannot be opened from the outer art, so that the door bolt device is safe and reliable; and the bearing range of the door bolt device exists at two positions so as to be conveniently dispersed, so that the door bolt device is not easy to damage.
