Provided is a construction machine operation assistance system that can output assistance data which is evaluated more highly with regard to a target indicator. A construction machine operation assistance system of one embodiment comprises: a generation unit that generates a plurality of work patterns or set-up patterns for a work machine so that an evaluation related to a prescribed target indicator becomes relatively higher; an environment information acquisition unit that acquires environment information of a target-of-assistance construction machine; and an output unit that, on the basis of the plurality of work patterns or set-up patterns generated by the generation unit, outputs a work pattern or a set-up pattern such that an evaluation related to a target indicator for work performed by the target-of-assistance construction machine becomes relatively higher in an environment corresponding to the environment information acquired by the environment information acquisition unit.
