The invention discloses a sewage treatment device for sewage discharge of a toilet. The sewage treatment device comprises a toilet fitting body, wherein a flushing water tank is fixedly arranged on one side of the toilet fitting body; a blow-off branch pipe is fixedly connected to a bottom discharge port of the toilet fitting body; a blow-off main pipe is connected to a pipe opening in one side ofthe blow-off branch pipe in a sleeving manner; a biological treatment box is fixedly connected to the other end of the blow-off main pipe; the interior of the biological treatment box is in a cavityshape; and a mixing box is arranged in the biological treatment box. The sewage treatment device has the following beneficial effects: sewage is discharged into a sedimentation tank through a secondary sewage pump for precipitation; an electric telescopic cylinder is arranged to drive a scraping plate to clean sludge at the inner bottom of the sedimentation tank; the electric telescopic cylinder drives a connecting rod and the scraping plate to move, and the bottom end of the scraping plate is in contact with the inner bottom end of the sedimentation tank, so the sludge in the sedimentation tank can be well cleaned; the scraping plate scrapes the sludge out of a purification tank, and the sludge finally falls into a collection tank; a box door is opened, and the collection tank is conveniently taken out; and after completion of the taking of the collection tank, the scraping plate extends back into the sedimentation tank, and a sealing plate is in contact with the outer wall of the purification tank.
