According to the method, the activity of the red mud and the coal gangue is improved through synergism of a mechanical force excitation and alkali excitation cooperation mode, the geopolymer with high reaction activity is obtained, the problem that the activity of red mud and coal gangue raw materials is low in the geopolymer production process is solved, and meanwhile, energy consumption generated in the process of improving the reaction activity through calcination of the red mud and the coal gangue is reduced.
