The invention discloses prestressed concrete for a bridge and a preparation method of the prestressed concrete. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400-500 parts of cement, 1000 to 1100 parts of a coarse aggregate, 700 to 800 parts of a fine aggregate, 3-7 parts of an early strength agent, 5-10 parts of a water reducing agent, 15-20 parts of an expanding agent, 200 to 220 parts of water and 5-10 parts of a fiber additive, wherein the fiber additive comprises steel fibers and polyvinyl alcohol fibers, the mass ratio of the steel fibers to the polyvinylalcohol fibers is 1: (0.3-0.5), and the fiber additive has good anti-cracking performances. The invention further provides a preparation method. The concrete prepared through the preparation method has good anti-cracking performance.
