Fireproof thermal insulation material and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a fireproof thermal insulation material and a preparation process thereof. A raw material composition of the fireproof thermal insulation material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1.8-12 parts of expandable polystyrene particles, 100-115 parts of siliceous substances, 6-18 parts of calcareous substances and 35-120 parts of water. The preparation process comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the raw material composition of the fireproof thermal insulation material to obtain a mixture; inputting the mixture into a mold, pressurizing the mold, keeping the pressure of the mold, heating the mold, enabling the inner temperature of the mixture to reach 50-150 DEG C, and enabling pressure applied to the mold to reach 0.28-0.55 MPa; and carrying out heating and pressurizing until molding is realized, and then conducting demolding, and curing. A flexible insulation board prepared by using the preparation process disclosed by the invention is high in tensile strength and high in fireproof grade.
